This was four buildings, all on post tensioned slabs. Two were four over one, and two were three over one. In full swing, the general contractor was looking for over 20,000 square feet per week of completed wood framing, and we were able to deliver that for them.
We tested out some of Earthbound’s new flush top CIP anchor caps on this project, and they worked great! Much better than the old whisker-style. The engineer and architect were the tried and true combination of Ankrom Moisan Architects and Stonewood Structural Engineers.
MSC was on the critical path for about nine months, which was a lot less than the eighteen months in the original schedule.
