There were a total of sixteen buildings on this one, out of which only six were part of the phase one.
We were lucky to have the opportunity to work with a GC here who really had the mindset of helping his subcontractors do well. It’s not every day the GC Superintendent jumps on a forklift and offloads a truck for their framer!
The appreciation must have been mutual, as they awarded the phase 2, another 10 buildings, without going back out to bid.
