On this ground up dental clinic, MSC took care of the structural concrete, civil/dirtwork/paving, site concrete, structural steel, architectural steel, and the wood framing, which is much more than we typically would be responsible for. While we generally specialize in wood framing and structural steel, our personnel are well versed in other trades and we are happy to help if it’s what our GC’s are looking for. The can-do approach has worked with this GC, as evidenced by the 35 projects (and counting) that we’ve built with them.
