This was the third consecutive project with the same GC, architect, and engineer; LMC, Ankrom Moisan, and Stonewood. While we believe there is always opportunity to improve, it was encouraging to hear from one of the GC’s representatives “I’ve never seen a framing job this clean, and all the guys bought in and doing their best on safety!”
Steel supply and install was awarded to MSC partway through the project. Our Steel Team 6 fabricated and installed the remaining steel in short order.
