This has become the home of a new Trader Joe’s here in Vancouver. The project went up very rapidly. There was a lot of safety scrutiny on this project, due to the proximity of one of the regulatory safety agencies. There were no citations or write-ups given on this project, but the added scrutiny has helped our safety culture get even better.
